THOMAS MORGENSTERN "Thank you all for coming, it will keep you & ograve; outstanding as well. My career as a jumper & egrave; over.
Not egrave &; was an easy decision, but it was the 'only logical as possible. I'm not pi & ugrave; able to continue and I can not go where I want.
I have to say thanks to everyone, especially to my parents and my sisters. Thanks also to the Austrian federation, to my management and of course to all my fans.
I have not yet decided what to do & ograve; my future, I had not thought of a plan B in addition to ski jumping. & Make sure ograve; my choices and I do not annoier & ograve ;.
There have been many great moments in my career, but the pi & ugrave; egrave & beautiful of all; was definitely the 'gold in Turin in 2006 because é ;, despite all the difficulties & agrave ;, I became Olympic champion.
From the physical point of view I'm fine, I'm in shape. To & ograve; I realized that I'm missing 10% of mind to make a difference. If every time you're in pole starting to think that the 'attack can break, & egrave; virtually impossible to be successful.
I worked with a psychologist and my family helped me a lot, but I've made my decision alone.
My daughter & egrave; was the first person I told about my decision, even though it clearly could not understand what it meant. To & ograve; I always spent more & ugrave; time as possible with her, I would not say that the fact of having a child has affected my choice.
