After the first 50 jumps, with Alex Insam who did not pass the cut (while Federico Cecon had left in qualifying on Friday night), the Japanese had done better than four Poles in the series, with Wolny cut by 2.7 points and in front to Stoch, Zyla and Kubacki, signing the trampoline record with a sensational 145 meters.
Many breaks due to wind in a second series but, in the grand final, gave the show with the comeback of Kubacki from the provisional 5th place, however burned by a constantly growing Stoch and, after the relegation of Wolny up to the eighth place , the Polish duo also found themselves in front of Sato, mocked for 1.5 points to pass from 1st to 3rd place.
Japan can smile thanks also to Nakamura, splendid 4th, with Peier recovering from 7th to 5th place, then Zyla to give Poland also the 6th place, just in front of the leader of the summer event, that Timi Zajc who, with Today 7th place, he increased the margin on Karl Geiger to 13 lengths, 13th.
The next weekend in Hakuba, however, with the probable absence of the Slovenian could be just the Japanese to go to the assault of the summit of the Summer Grand Prix 2019.
WOMEN IN FRENSTAT
