The fourth stage of the summer festival is on the scene with many big expected in the second appointment in Poland.

And it will be the hosts to try to oust the leader of the Summer Grand Prix, that simply extraordinary Timi Zajc between Wisla and Courchevel, with a double success earned the top of the standings despite the absence in the Hinterzarten trial.
From Friday to Sunday everyone in Zakopane then for a highly anticipated weekend, with lots of big names ready to compete on a historic trampoline that, at the summer level, returns as protagonist after having crowned a certain Gregor Schlierenzauer a decade ago. It is in fact the Austrian champion the plurivincitore on the HS140 in southern Poland, with three successes that seem a little less distant in the temple, if we think about the return to the podium of the Tyrolean ace in Hinterzarten.
Before flying to Japan, then, the second Polish leg after the opening of Wisla will put Zajc in front of the block of the hosts led by Kubacki and Stoch, the Germans with Karl Geiger in the lead and still in full fight for the ranking of the Summer Grand Prix (it is 2nd at 28 points from the Slovenian class 2000), while the same Klimov will try to fit into the brawl, starting from 3rd place to -95, having missed the German test as Zajc.
Appointment at 4.30pm today for the qualification, Saturday at 3pm the team event and Sunday, starting at 1pm, the individual race.
FEMALE CLOSURE AT FRENSTAT
Third and final stage instead for the women's circuit of the Summer Grand Prix, for the eighth time in as many editions in the hands of Sara Takanashi.
The Japanese ace will not take part in the final test scheduled between Saturday (3 pm qualification) and Sunday with the individual race scheduled at 10.30 am, on the Czech springboard at Frenstat where we will still see the sisters Malsiner and Runggaldier looking for a good result. A 10th place would have been enough to the Japanese winner of the first two races in Hinterzarten and Courchevel to toast, but with the absence of the only possible rival, the Norwegian Maren Lundby, the accounts are soon made. The winner of the last two World Cups was in fact injured in training in Lillehammer, falling off the springboard before making a jump; the consequences fortunately were not too serious, given that no fractures were detected but "only" a head injury, but the flat rate for the Czech Republic stop is certain.
