Time for ski jumping competitions in the next weekend of 4-5 September. The blue coordinator Sandro Sambugaro has summoned seven athletes for the appointment with the FIS Cup circuit, scheduled on the HS91 springboard in Ljubno, Slovenia: Noelia Vuerich, Asia Marcato, Mattia Galiani, Camilla Comazzi, Martina Ambrosi will be at the start. Andrea Campregher and Stefano Comazzi, accompanied by technicians Roberto Cecon and Zeno Di Lenardo.
Francesco Cecon and Giovanni Bresadola will instead participate in the trip to the east which includes two Summer Grand Prix events. It starts on the HS99 springboard in Schuchinsk, Kazakhstan, for the two races on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 September, followed by the trip to Russia, for the challenges on Chaikovsky's HS140, on Saturday 11.
COMBINED NORDIC
In the middle of the week, the stage of the Nordic combined Summer Grand Prix was staged in Oberwiesenthal, with the Norwegian Westvold Hansen victorious ahead of the Slovenian Ema Volavsek, followed by the other Norwegian Mari Leinan Lund. Good eighth place for Veronica Gianmoena, best blue of the day, while Annika Sieff, fresh from two podiums in the last races of the circuit, closes in nineteenth place.
In the men's test, Samuel Costa 23rd with 2''49 ”behind the winner Simen Tiller, able to go from fifth place in the jump test to the highest step of the podium, and 43rd position in Italy for Domenico Mariotti.
