After a few weeks of reflection, Norway has decided not to give up the nebulizer at the Beitostølen races, opened today by the success of ingvild flugstad østberg in the 10 km CT. A decision that has found support from Marit Bjørgen, notably absent in today's test.

"I think that the care provided to us to be effective, and I am glad that the medical staff keep us healthy," said the most successful long-distance runner of all time. "That's why we have the nebulizer, and I think there is nothing wrong with using it."
The decision, announced yesterday by the Director Vidar Løfshus, was motivated today by the national team doctor Petter Olberg, who explained how the benefits for the well being of the athletes have been judged too significant to give in to the demands of critics.
"I am surprised that my fellow Swede Per Andersson considers that the practice should be relegated only to hospitals," he added Olberg. "There are many examples of applications elsewhere."
In the remainder of this morning's press conference, Bjørgen also revealed that he coached, last week, along with Therese Johaug. Friend-attacking the 36-year old Rognes wanted to express once again their closeness: "She's going through a period of ups and downs. I imagine that when the season starts, it will be difficult for her to stand and watch. I miss him. Race without her will not be the same thing. "
Bjørgen has not ventured predictions about when Johaug will return to competition, but admitted the need to keep well prepared for a disqualification rather heavy.
The six-time Olympic champion has also briefly discussed how motherhood has changed her role within the team: "I can not be present as before to help the younger girls. I would give more aid, but the situation has changed. "
