The Russian signs the brace to Nove Mesto. Clear success in the 15 km classic technique in front of a Norwegian trio. Klæbo recovered from 7th to 2nd position and limited the damage with regards to the general.

Alexander Bolshunov, despite the 24 â€advantage accumulated in yesterday's race, approached the race to the full, entering the high gears from the first meters. In the first third of the race the Russian gained another 13 "on Niskanen, in the meantime joined by Roethe.
Between 5 and 10 km the Norwegian tried to close the gap, placing himself in front of Niskanen, struggling with material problems, to mark the rhythm. However, every effort was in vain and Bolshunov proved unattainable. The Russian thus conquered the 5th success and the 10th podium of the season, which allowed him to further stretch in the general classification.
Behind him, the fight for the podium was very close and uncertain until the end. At the passage to two thirds of the race Klæbo and Krueger completed the comeback against Roethe and Niskanen. After a final round of study in the final, the three norge stretched against Niskanen and played the podium in the sprint. As expected, Klæbo had no problems beating Krueger 3rd and Roethe 4th in the sprint.
Excellent test for Francesco De Fabiani, recovering from 16th to 10th place.
