FISI has made official the staff for the 2020/21 season, with Pellegrino and De Fabiani forming the World Cup tandem. All the Under 25 in a new group towards the Italian Games.

Many have requested that it become the year zero of the blue cross-country skiing and certainly the federation has decided to change something.
After a long wait, the list of the blue national teams towards the next season has been completed by the teams of cross-country skiers who will defend Italy between the World Cup and the World Championships in Oberstdorf. With the technical director Marco Selle confirmed at the helm, it was decided to form a tandem with the two strikers Federico Pellegrino and Francesco De Fabiani for the World Cup team, led by the responsible coach Stefano Saracco
In team A we find Giandomenico Salvadori, Maicol Rastelli, Greta Laurent and Lucia Scardoni, with the exclusion therefore of Elisa Brocard who does not fall within the plans. The rest of the national group, in fact, concerns only young people under 25, grouped with 21 athletes (12 boys and 9 girls) in the team called "Milan-Cortina 2026". A project aimed at growing, over the next five seasons, those talents that Italy desperately seeks and will be led by Simone Paredi with Renato Pasini (who will take care of the women's sector) and Fulvio Scola, headed by men.
The list of boys includes Daprà, Del Fabbro, Graz, Hellweger, Ventura, Zelger, Romano, Coradazzi, Manzoni, Ticcò, Gasperi and Bernardi, that of the girls Comarella, Franchi, Ganz, Pittin, Bellini, Monsorno, Jeantet, Di Centa and Maj.
