A series of meetings concluded in the presence of the new technical director Alfred Stauder.

A two-day workshop involving the technical staff of the blue background, starting from the World Cup teams up to the juniors, ended today at the “La Pista” facility of “Il Centro” in Arese. Also present were skimen, physiotherapists and the doctor.
The objective of the two days, in which 26 people took part, was to optimize and organize the work with the teams in the best possible way, both in view of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Games and for the future. We talked about communication with the teams, training methods and programs. A path towards the Olympics and the next junior World Championships for the youngest, so that they can get to the big events in the best possible condition.
President Flavio Roda wanted to be present at the end of the work, led by the new technical director Alfred Stauder, and wanted to greet all the technical staff at the start of the preparation season.
