The quotas for each country vary between distance races and sprint races. The basic rate of each country, which remains fixed throughout the & rsquo; year & egrave; given by the number of athletes capable of scoring points & nbsp; in its & nbsp; ranking of the World Cup & nbsp; (sprint or distance) from the previous season.
Every nation with & nbsp; 9 or more & ugrave; & nbsp; men in points in the previous World Cup specialties & agrave; You have the right to & nbsp; 6 pecs.
Every nation with & nbsp; 6, 7 or 8 men in points in the previous World Cup specialties & agrave; You have the right to & nbsp; 5 chest.
Every nation with & nbsp; 3, 4 or 5 men in the points of the previous World Cup specialties & agrave; You have the right to & nbsp; 4 pecs.
Every nation with & nbsp; 1 or 2 men & nbsp; in the points in the previous World Cup specialties & agrave; You have the right to & nbsp; 3 bibs.
Every nation & nbsp; free men & nbsp; in the points in the previous World Cup specialties & agrave; You have the right to & nbsp; 2 bibs.
At the base dimension, adding a nominal place for & nbsp; holders of the World Cup & nbsp; (absolute and specialty & agrave;) in addition to the share of the respective nation.
Another place Nominal & egrave; reserved for the winner of the previous edition (valid for the first period) or the temporary leader (valid for the second, third and fourth period) of each of the nine existing Continental Cup.
Also, if a nation & nbsp; & pi ugrave; 6 athletes in the group Red & nbsp; of the relevant discipline (distance or sprint), is entitled to more chest: & nbsp; 7 men & nbsp; in the red group lead an increase in the quota of & nbsp; a unit & agrave ;; & nbsp; 8 or more & ugrave; men & nbsp; in the red group is equivalent to an increase in the quota of two units & agrave ;. However, these additional seats can be occupied only by cross-country skiers in the group the same red.
The "red group" & egrave; composed of the top thirty athletes of Distance Ranking List or Sprint Ranking List, or the ratings (updated after each period) that take account of points obtained by cross-country skiers in each race of the World Cup & nbsp; held in the previous twelve months which are added a maximum of two results in large seasonal event (World Championships or Olympic Games).
As for the & nbsp; multistage tests, the proportion of each nation & egrave; the sum of the quotas for the distance races and half & agrave; (Rounded down) of the quota for the sprint.
It should be reminded of the possibility & agrave; for the nation organizer of each event of the World Cup & nbsp; use the national quota, or & nbsp; up to 10 riders & nbsp; in the tests of distance and sprint, and 5 athletes in the multistage tests.
Finally, we must stress that the nations with & nbsp; 3 bibs & nbsp; in the distance races or sprints are entitled to an additional place in the stages of the World Cup which provide for & nbsp; a relay race or a sprint in pairs.
