It & egrave; held last weekend in Campra, Switzerland, a multistage race for three days valid for Opa Cup, the Continental Cup reserved for Alpine countries. Among men triumph success of Frenchman Paul Goalabre, with the & rsquo; blue Giandomenico Salvadori excellent second and German Markus Weger third.

The first stage, a Sprint free technique, sees the success of our Claudio M & uuml; ller, able to beat two sprinter theoretically pi & ugrave; quoted and experts such as the French and the Swiss Erwan Renaud Jay K & auml; ser. Mirco Bertolina also comes in the final, ending sixth behind even Goalabre Paul and Alexander Wolz.

The second stage & egrave; a 15 km classic technique starting at intervals. Paul Goalabre secures stage and jersey, winning by 6 & rdquo; 5 of Markus Weger and 10 & rdquo; 3 on our Mattia Pellegrin. French is important to ensure a margin of about 30 seconds ahead of & rsquo; tracking conclusive; among the first also the two Germans Thomas Wick Alexander Wolz fourth and fifth, while Giandomenico Salvadori finishes eighth.

The race is multistage Campra & egrave; ended with a chase of 15 km free technique. Paul defends Goalabre casually the advantage gained in the first two stages and won the final victory, but in second place salt Giandomenico Salvadori, author of the best time of the race that allowed him to reach the final podium. Third & egrave; Markus Weeger, who can not resist Salvadori has no difficulty & agrave; to keep a safe distance Alexander Wolz, ending fourth before Erwan K & auml; ser fifth. Two other blue conclude in the top ten: Claudio M & uuml; ller & egrave; eighth and ninth Mattia Pellegrin.

In the overall standings of Opa Cup, Weeger remains in command with a good margin of Wolz, rising to second place, and on Goalabre third. Fourth & egrave; Salvadori, however, very detached from the summit and therefore hardly competitive for the win when there are only two stages to the conclusion.
