This was the date proposed by the Arbitration Tribunal, accepted by the defenders of the Norwegian fundraiser. In order that the hearing could actually be held that day, it would have been necessary to have the consent of the other party, namely Fis.
The fact that the debate has not been scheduled suggests that the international federation of skiing did not give it up, asking for another date.
For now no one has given any kind of comments, but at this point it is thought that the case Johaug vs Fis can be sliced ​​for at least a month.
It would not be a minor occurrence. The sentence is not immediate, but comes after several weeks. Extending the time now would mean putting the word "fine" on the story ever closer to the 2017 - '18.
