So Olsson stops. For the second time, because he had already announced his retirement in 2015 before going back on his feet and resume 'competitive activity precisely in the season just ended with the' stated goal of Lahti World Championships.
During his career he obtained seven victories in top level competitions, among which 2 of 'individual world championship gold medals. In particular, it recalls that in the 50 km di Fiemme 2013, when he completed the epic un''impresa going on the run after a dozen kilometers managing to stay alone in the lead until the finish. Also notable is the spoils with the relay, where features include two Olympic gold medals (Vancouver 2010 and Sochi 2014) that followed the bronze in Turin in 2006. In the team event, however, it is always missed the world success, as Olsson has collected three silvers (Oslo 2011, Val di Fiemme in 2013, Falun 2015) and bronze in 2017 in Lahti.
