Nove Mesto & egrave; a resort & agrave; classical regarding the World Cup Cross Country Skiing. The first race was held in the CITY Moravian dates back to 1985 and since then, despite several years of inactivity, she has always hosted trials of the maximum circuit. L & rsquo; Italian women in Nove Mesto has two wins and four podiums in total. The first places were achieved by Gabriella Paruzzi, who won a 10 km classic technique of January 17, 2004, and Arianna Follis, first in the Sprint freestyle Tour de Ski 2009. Paruzzi also boasts a second place behind Bente Skari in 10 Km skating in 2003, while the other three top-three, all second places, are the prerogative of Manuela Di Centa, beaten by Elena Vaelbe in a 10 km classic technique in 1993, Stefania Belmondo, surpassed by Kristina Smigun in a 15km skating in 1999, and Sabina Valbusa, author of the second half behind Charlotte Kalla in the first chase played in Nove Mesto during the Tour de Ski in 2007.
Sunday will & agrave; the turn of the second and final relay race of the World Cup season. Nove Mesto in the past has hosted 6, with Russia able to establish itself in the first four occasions (1995, 1996, 1999 and 2000), and Germany (2003) and Norway (2012) have one win apiece. L & rsquo; Italy has 2 podiums: he was third in both cases beaten by Russia and Norway is 14 January 1996 that on 10 January 1999.
