Norway continues to dominate the Tour de Ski, Jacobsen triumphs in the 10 km classic of the Val di Fiemme, well Comarella

After the day off, the Tour de Ski landed in the Val di Fiemme, where a 10 km alternating stage was staged with an on-line start. On a difficult day for the big norge, Astrid Jacobsen took care of saving the Scandinavian team.

The Norwegian sprint preceded Ebba Andersson from Sweden and Katharina Hennig from Germany. Fourth place for Therese Johaug in front of Oestberg and Nepryaeva. Good race for Anna Comarella who finished 22nd. From the first meters Therese Johaug took the lead to mark the pace. After a first lap at a very high pace, in the descent towards the stadium the Norwegian fell, without however losing the queues of the direct opponents. In the second round, Ebba Andersson took the initiative, but under the impulse of the Swede, the leading group became more numerous, so much so that in the middle of the race, 15 athletes passed in about ten seconds. The race then started in the vicinity of the 6 km intermediate, which awarded seconds of bonuses. Uphill Andersson launched a decisive attack that put several opponents in crisis, including Natalia Nepryaeva and Jessica Diggins. However, the Norwegians Johaug, Oestberg, Weng and Jacobsen and the surprising German Hennig remained on the tail of the young Swede. In the last round Weng had to raise the white flag, while on the final climb Oestberg lost the train to the podium due to a fall.
