With less than two weeks the opening of Beitostølen seasonal, and questions about the use of nebulizers by Norway still holds counter. Just yesterday, NRK has published the news that the practice would also be adopted at the level of junior and under 23, on the occasion of World Rasnov.

The Norwegians, however, now appear to consider the possibility of renouncing it at least for the Beitostølen races. He said the national team doctor Petter Olberg: "We did not use nebulizers during training in Val Senales. We have not yet decided whether to employ them in Beitostølen, we are discussing these days. "
The aim is clearly to quell, at least in part, the controversy of this practice: "There was a big debate on these nebulizers," continued the doctor, "and we took note of the various policies of the various countries on this issue and reactions, especially Swedish. "
Dr. Olberg has stated that the Norwegian team has complied with the recommendations of pulmonologists of Olympiatoppen, but is ready to follow the dictates of the commission that is investigating the administration of anti-asthmatics in the national team.
