La Sgambeda this year doubles and returns in skating

Yesterday the registrations were opened for the 29th edition of Sgambeda di Livigno, which this year will be held from November 30th to December 2nd and will be the opening stage of the Visma Ski Classics.

The Expo Area will animate the event on Thursday 29 and Friday 30 November, and on Friday 30 the Pro Team will start for the "Prologue" Visma Ski Classics of 15 km in classical technique (7.5 km to be repeated twice) at the Livignasco Fund. The next day will be entirely dedicated to amateurs, and this is a super news, with "La Sgambeda" of 30 km completely reserved for them, on a single ring in free technique. A loud return desired by the many competitors who have long dreamed of a race entirely dedicated to them among the thousand emotions that only the livignasca ground trial is able to give. The snowy slopes will then become the bread for the teeth of the Visma Ski Classics champions on Sunday 2nd December, this time in classical technique and always at the Stadio del Fondo, 6 km to be repeated five times. To lighten the interest for this opening of the inscriptions there is also the quota dammed to 50 euros, starting today and until October 14th, and the possibility of entering the first thousand to which the precious race pack is destined. In any case, the 'Little Tibet' will meet on the snow with cross-country skis on Friday 24th August with a spectacular event, the Palio delle Contrade and the 1K Shot, to which the great champions are expected.
