In the men's round, Italy is hunting for a medal, on paper the only one really within reach in this world championship edition. Pellegrino and De Fabiani were bronze at Seelfeld 2019 in classic technique and will try to confirm themselves on the podium in Chicco's favorite technique, in which he is number two in the world, behind only Klaebo.
