The Czech long-distance runner does not take & agrave; off the ninth edition of the Tour de Ski, gi & agrave; he won both in 2008 and in 2010.

As already & agrave; said in an earlier statement, he wants to skip the Tour de Ski to focus on World Falun, which points to the 50km classic technique.
This decision does not change drastically the workout plan Bauer, since he had not provided specific training for the Tour de Ski.
The 37 year-old Ostrov also states that take & agrave; part in all the distance races of the World Cup, as well as some popular races over long distances, such as home, Jizerska 50.
