Pellegrino leads his companions in the long Norwegian trip: retreat in Trondheim and new competitive tests in closing

Two full weeks of work to warm up the engines for the new season.

The national men's and women's national team of the fund met in Trondheim for a retreat which, from Monday 12th until the return scheduled for Sunday 25th August, will allow the Azzurri to play a fundamental phase of preparation in the group. Federico Pellegrino and Francesco De Fabiani, already protagonists at a competitive level with the first tests at the beginning of August at the BlinkFestivalen, have therefore been joined in Norway, in the past few hours, by the other members of the World Cup team. Specifically, we talk about Giandomenico Salvadori, Maicol Rastelli, Stefan Zelger, Elisa Brocard, Greta Laurent, Lucia Scardoni (who came directly from Latvia, where she participated in the World Ski Championships winning two silver medals), Caterina Ganz and Anna Comarella. In their company the technicians Stefano Saracco and Simone Paredi. Some of the Azzurri will participate in a series of competitions valid for Toppldrettsveka, which include a mass start (47 km in classic) on Thursday 22 August, a mass start on the 25 km in free technique the next day, during which a sprint will also take place TL, while on Saturday 24th August a 15 km classic chase will be held, to then end the long Norwegian trip and return to Italy.
