Cross-country skiing: seven blues called up for the final stage in the Engadine

The list of seven athletes (four men and three women) who will compete this weekend on the Swiss snow for the last stages of the World Cup season has been released by the FISI.

The technical director of the national cross-country ski team Marco Selle has chosen the seven athletes who will take part in the final act of the 2020/2021 World Cup; the list was published by the FISI through its official channels. For the men's sector will be competing: Federico Pellegrino (winner of the sprint cup), Francesco De Fabiani, Stefano Gardener and Giandomenico Salvadori. Among the women, however, the three athletes called are: Anna Comarella, Francesca Franchi and Caterina Ganz. In the Engadine, therefore, four tests will be staged: on Saturday there will be a 15 km classic for men and a 10 km classic for women, both starting in a line; On Sunday, however, the 2020/2021 World Cup will end with a 50 km skating for men and a 30 km skating for women (both races will be in pursuit).
