& Ldquo; Ramsau has everything & ograve; we need: snow, cross roller skis, long steep slopes. We have a good mix of workouts, strength, speed & agrave; and strength. The group & egrave; motivated and homogeneous, the girls are very strong and have done a great job in the summer & rdquo; states l & rsquo; women's team coach Mattias Persson.
At the meeting there are 8 women, or all the athletes in the group of the World Cup with the exception of Hanna Eriksson, who & egrave; at home with back problems, to which the young people will join the team in 2015.
Separate meetings for men and women to optimize their training, with the men that focus on strength training in Dobbiaco, to get the muscle tone you want. The nine men's World Cup will join the athletes of Team 2015, including the returning Jesper Modin, plagued by injuries in recent seasons.
