We focus on De Fabiani for the 15 km classic, then the Sunday relay. Laurent and Scardoni at rest, there will be no Italian women in the race.

It will be a decidedly small blue contingent, the one sent to Finland for the two days of the World Cup in Lahti.
Without Federico Pellegrino, at rest thinking of the next sprints as well as Greta Laurent and Lucia Scardoni, Saturday will compete in the classic 15 km six men of the national team of Marco Selle, without women engaged therefore between 10 km and Sunday relay.
For the men's relay, four elements will be chosen from Francesco De Fabiani, clearly the leading man for the individual race, Giandomenico Salvadori, Paolo Ventura, Stefan Zelger, Stefano Gardener and Dietmar Noeckler.
