Therese Johaug has won the 7th consecutive victory in distance tests, thus maintaining the unbeaten season in first level races that are not Sprints. Unlike other occasions, today's success came at the end of a very balanced and hard-fought race, which saw it prevail over the compatriot Ingvild Flugstad Oestberg of only 7 tenths.
Fight tight also for the lowest podium step with Ebba Anderson who preceded Heidi Weng by 3 tenths of a second. The Swede immediately started strong, registering the best time in the intermediate of 3 km, only to progressively drop during the race and close 10 "behind Johaug.
