Between Dobbiaco, Anterselva and San Candido, a major training block ahead for Italy’s cross-country skiers: all the camps

The Italian national cross-country skiing team’s A team is set for an important training block in Dobbiaco: from Monday, August 24 to Friday, September 4, the following athletes will be working there: Elia Barp, Iris De Martin Pinter, Federica Cassol, Caterina Ganz, Nadine Laurent, Nicole Monsorno, Virginia Cena, Davide Graz, Martino Carollo, Simone Da Prà, Gabriele Matli, Simone Mocellini, Davide Ghio and Maria Gismondi.

At the Puster Valley venue, which in winter 2026/27 will not host the Tour de Ski but will stage a World Cup event at the end of January, the athletes will be assisted by competition department coordinator Michel Rainer and coaches Markus Cramer, Francois Ronc Cella, Claudio Consagra, Andrea Restano and Francesca Baudin.

The Italian team’s under-23 group will be in Anterselva during the same period: Marco Pinzani, Federico Pozzi, Teo Gali, Aksel Artusi, Beatrice Laurent, Marit Folie, Davide Negroni and Daniel Pedranzini, with coaches Matteo Betta, Stefano Corradini and Tommaso Arrighi.

From August 24 to September 4, the junior and national-interest team will also prepare in San Candido with Giacomo Barale, Francesco Romagna, Thomas Maestri, Luca Pietroboni, Edoardo Trombetta, Alice Leoni, Claire Frutaz, Vanessa Cagnati, Emma Schwitzer, Leonardo Brondello, Filippo Segala, Alan Antognoli, Stefano Negroni, Gianluca Pasini, Gabriele Selle, Lucia Delfino, Clara Facchini, Martina Bisson, Ines Negroni and Giulia Ronchail, coached by Andrea Gola, Fabio Pasini, Corrado Vanini, Valerio Sorteni and Renato Pasini.
