Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton
During the last week & egrave; been called the Canadian team that will address & agrave; the next edition of the Skeleton World Cup. To declare the pink of athletes eligible for a place in the maximum circuit skeleton, the federation of the country from the leaf 'Maple has established two qualifying trials, the first of which also assigned the title of national champion.

Greszczyszyn author of the best references lap times in both runs in the program, ended his performance by a margin of 79 cents ahead against Barrett Martineau and 82 of Greg Rafter. The big beat of the day & egrave; was definitely the 'highlander Paul Fraser, who at the ripe et & agrave; 42 years & egrave; presented at the starting gate of the final round of the second part-time accredited. The final descent to & ograve; Fraser, who is convicted & egrave; had to settle for fourth place ahead of Evan Neufeldt winner of the North American Cup circuit.
A few days more & ugrave; late & egrave; staged a second competition with value only to the selection trials at the start which saw only the first seven finishers in the national championship. On this occasion & egrave; imposed a twenty-four in front of Patrick Rafter Greg Rooney and Barrett Martineau.
Among women, the new Canadian National Champion & egrave; Madison Charney. The twenty year old from Calgary & egrave; was the author of a superb second run which enabled him at once to recover three positions and win the first bay of the national career. Behind the promising young Canadian & egrave; placed the thirty-five Lanette Prodiger leader at the end of the first down, which accused a gap of only 4 cents. Behind the top two are & egrave; formed a huge gap with Elisabeth Vathje who finished third with more than a second behind the winner. Disappointing sixth place in the defending champion Cassie Hawrysh off two and a half seconds from a young Charney.
Hawrysh has still had a flash of 'pride in the second and final trials, finishing in second place behind Lanette Prodiger.
In both contests, the program did not take part in a number of big names in the world of Canadian skeleton. Some of them had previously announced the 'intention to retire (Hollingsworth and Montgomery) while others have not yet issued any press even if their absence in these trials reinforces the' hypothesis of the withdrawal. In the list of non-received includes: Eric Neilson, Mike Douglas, John Fairbairn and Sarah Reid.
Over the next few weeks, the Canadian Federation of Bobsleigh and Skeleton will communicate & agrave; the 'list of athletes that will take part in December for the first race of the World Cup.
