The Federation of Austrian skeleton has announced the list of three athletes who will participate in the next Olympics in Sochi.

The Austrian Olympic Committee (OOC) nominated after today (27.1.) Executive Board meeting to Ladies Bob, a two and a four-man event in the men'' s and three Skeletonis the Austrian Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (obsv ) for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi (RUS).
With the first bobsled team of Christina Hengster Occurs at an Austrian women'' s team at the Olympic Games. In Additions to the pilot Hengster are Viola Kleiser and Alexandra Tuchi (replacement) nominated as Anschieberinnen. The Bob-pilot Benjamin Maier starts in two and four-man competition for the men'' s Austria.Markus Sammer, Stefan Withalm, Angel Somov and Sebastian Heufler (replacement) are the pusher of the team Maier in Sochi.
The Skeletonis Janine Flock (first Austrian lady at the Olympic Skeleton Race) and Matthias Guggenberger and Raphael Maier form the Austrian team at the Olympic Winter Games 2014.
With the exception of Guggenberger, who started in Vancouver in 2010 for Austria, the celebrated athletes nominated obsv Their Olympic debut.
