From Friday to Sunday, three races on the Pyrenean snow to open the World Cup with the Azzurri still among the big favorites.

Everything is finally ready for the start of the speed skiing season, with the first stage of the World Cup scheduled from 22 to 24 January in the French town of Gavarnie. On the snows of the Pyrenean center, in the heart of Occitanie, the blue jets will return, starting with Simone and Ivan Origone, as well as Valentina Greggio once again attacking the crystal ball, despite the double stop in the summer due to injuries at the ankle.
The blue dt Alberto Monticone has also called up Samuele Capello and Jean Daniel Pession. The first race, both for men and women, will therefore be staged on Friday 22nd, followed by the other two races of the weekend. The FIS races for the S2 category will also be held on the same days.
