Ski-Test 2018/19: Nordica awarded for the Dobermanns and the Enforcer

Nordica for the new season partially renews the Dobermann range, making skis even simpler to manage the curve, excelling among all-round performances thanks to the Spitfire PRO FDT. The 2018/19 season will have very interesting proposals also in the freeski field with the Enforcer range.

But let's start from the track: the proposal of the Italian company is articulated in the Dobermann range, where we find the inevitable GSR (with also the new GSM version), the SLR and the Spitfire. And 'the latter' to earn a recognition among the skis "chosen by the testers" in the Allround performance category. The Nordica Spitfire PRO FDT offers excellent management of medium-tight curves, is very intuitive and gives confidence in the entry curve. It is very versatile and easy on all corners and slopes, it satisfies all testers, from the lightest to the most technical. The racecarves in the GS and SL fields are modified in a spatula to have a better entry into the corners and our testers confirm the evolution of Italian materials. The Nordica Dobermann GSR RB FDT is a ski from the sharp derivation racing, without having the difficulty. Faced with an excellent seal along the entire curve, both the entry and the exit are simplified, always being easy to handle and intuitive, not only in the electrified corners but also in tight corners. The spatula is not too rigid, allows an easy start curve with even trajectory corrections. The Nordica Dobermann SLR RB FDT is, according to all our testers, a very balanced ski, suitable for many types of skiers, not only those who want a slalom ski but also the middle-class skier who seeks a tool for short turns. Like the brother from GS it is appreciated for the insertion in curve very simple and a management of the curve much simpler than a normal slalom carver. In the freeride field, the Enforcer range is the master. Nordica, strong of experiences overseas proposes the Nordic Enforcer 110, which is again elected by our testers as the best freeride proposal for the next season. The prize is awarded thanks to the excellent buoyancy and reactive structure, which transmits safety in all conditions, even in speed and not only in powder. In the all-mountain Nordica field, it offers the 93-foot wide version, the Nordica Enforcer 93. The ski was appreciated by our testers because it is always fun and dynamic despite a good structure. It is excellent when floating on dusty snow and it is good even in the sections of the track, even at high speeds.
