According to the first investigations by the Carabinieri, the damage caused to Ferrari would have been carried out by an "expert hand", as the president of the company Giacobbe Zortea confirms, "Tools that not everyone has at home have been used, a non-battery disc It's so common, so having the equipment, knowing how to use it and knowing that cutting a strand does not put your person at risk and not even people who climb up but blocking the system is not for everyone ".

The engineers are running like lightning and are interfacing with the Province to understand if it is possible to change only one strand ".

In the worst case scenario - Zortea explains - it would cost about one hundred thousand euros to have a rope of about 2 kilometers. next to this there is the cost of labor and the many workers involved ".
