Will is power! So you say. Then when the will is iron, the project clear and well defined in the head results always come, sooner or later. He must have thought so Ludovica Pineider, sprightly lady of 75 years with the will and tenacity of a young girl. It took her 15 years of intentions and thoughts, 75 years of age and approximately 7 hours of ascent slow, tiring and hard, but he finally realized his dream and arrived at the Capanna Margherita with eyes wet with tears, but with a heart full of joy.

No hurry, just putting one foot in front of the other gained precious centimeters from the hut to the summit of his Signalkuppe 4554 meters.
For many experienced climbers this may seem just a normal ascent, a company that certainly does not compare with the amazing record of Kilian Jornet Burgada that precisely the same days of August went up and down the Matterhorn in just 2 hours 52 minutes and 2 seconds . But it is still a beautiful story of men - or women - and mountain.
Without the proper proportions the same tenacity, the same perseverance and the same ardor of Kilian crossed the destinations and the heart of Ludovida: of course they are two people at the antipodes, different ages, different percprso the experiences and human experiences, other than the target, but for both of our hearts filled with love, esteem, and respect for the mountain.
