Dario Puppo

A professional journalist for 10 years and a commentator for 20, covering winter sports and Olympic sports such as canoeing, gymnastics, archery, tennis, boxing and combat sports. He has contributed to newspapers and magazines such as La Gazzetta dello Sport, Monte Bianco and Radio 24. In particular, wearing a headset and using a microphone, he covered 8 Olympic Games for Eurosport, both Summer and Winter (including Torino 2006), 16 Biathlon World Championships and as many Curling World Championships, 6 Nordic skiing World Championships (Val di Fiemme 2003), 4 Alpine skiing World Championships (Bormio 2005), and World Cup seasons from 1999 to 2019. He attracted media attention for his passionate commentary that helped establish Dominik Windisch in the mass start at the 2019 Biathlon World Championships in Oestersund.
