It ended this afternoon the opening round of the Freeride World Tour 2017. The 53 best athletes in the world competed in the frame dele snowy peaks of the Pyrenees ski resort of Vallnord-Arcalis, in Andorra.

Our compatriot Arianna Tricomi confirms his state of exceptional form giving us a beautiful descent which earned her the first place in women's skiing. Second Jackie Paaso (USA), a veteran of the Tour, and third Kylie Sivell, Canadian on his debut after qualifying conquered in the qualifying round of the Freeride World Qualifier last year.
Arianna has qualified last year for the first time in the Tour all the surprise and leading a spectacular season, finishing third in the overall standings.
In the men's ski ranks first Drew Tabke (USA), with a spectacular descent conducted with style and full control, while the second comes the Swede Kristoffer Turdell. Third local Aymar Navarro (ESP), which had been granted a "wild card" that allowed him to join the games without being passed from the normal qualification channels in the Tour.
The men's snowboard Also 2017 has started touring the primacy of the stars and stripes samples, with five US athletes in the first 9 positions. Sammy Luebke (USA) won the top step of the podium with a fast and aggressive, as is his style, according to Thomas Feurstein (AUT) and third Ralph Backstrom (USA).
For women's snowboarding Anne-Flore Marxer (FRA / SUI) took first place and reassures us so well on his run of form for 2017, after his second place in the standings last year. Second Nicola Thost (GER) and third Mikaela Hollsten.
