Friuli Venezia Giulia, on May 16 a virtual film with "BrindiAmo FVG"

"BrindiAmo FVG" is the appointment to be held on Saturday 16 May at 19 with the aim of promoting a message of trust and positivity in view of the end of the long lockdown period, with the promise and hope of finding yourself in person next. year, the same day and the same time.

To participate in the virtual toast, you will need to connect to a link (click here) with a glass of Friuli Venezia Giulia wine and fill out a simple form: PromoTurismoFVG has decided to pay homage to all participants with a copy of the Passport of the Wine Route and of the Sapori del FVG, which provides a free tasting in one of the participating cellars: the stamps can be collected and already at the third one it is possible to receive a bottle of wine as a gift that the participating companies have made available. All this hopefully in a few days. Music, sports and entertainment personalities will participate in the event with international journalists and producers and tour operators. Among these will be Beppe Severgnini, the journalist Paolo Condò, the composer and pianist Remo Anzovino, but also international newspapers such as The New York Times and The Guardian, in the company of the presenters Fede & Tinto, to confirm the passion for a territory and love for the land where the best white wines in the world are born. In recent weeks PromoTurismoFVG has tried to keep the dialogue alive also with the main referents of the food and wine sector by opening a dedicated table, and has organized, in recent days, the videoconference meeting "Planning the rebirth of catering in FVG: comparison and listening among the restaurateurs adhering to the FVG Wine and Flavor Route together with PromoTurismoFVG and AgriFoodFVG ", to which all the network's restaurateurs were invited for a discussion and a moment of listening on the main concerns, uncertainties, provisions, but also proposals that concern the sector. The goal is also to come up with guidelines, in collaboration with the Region, to better manage the situation as soon as the engine restarts, so as to standardize the needs and responses of the entire category. The world of catering is today one of the sectors particularly affected by this emergency and it is necessary to rethink the organization of the structures in order to be able to return to the market: the challenge is demanding, but the union and the network will be indispensable in the recovery phase. From the meeting - in which PromoTurismoFVG wanted to update the participants on the current tourist situation, while Paolo Vizzari, gastronomy, territorial and food and wine marketing expert, had to bring some testimonials at national level, before leaving the word to chef Emanuele Scarello and to Walter Filiputti, President of the FVG Via dei Sapori Consortium, both of whom have become spokesmen for the restaurant system - the main uncertainties of the restaurateurs have emerged, which concern in particular the dispositions and the management of the protocols, with the fear of facing sanctions, customer behavior in response to the crisis, and also with respect to the presence of foreigners, addressing the issue not only of the reopening of borders, but also of the need to align health protocols for catering between the various countries. Also during the virtual appointment, excellent ideas emerged that could represent an advantage to the world of catering, such as the proposal to support road members with services or platforms that may be useful for some digital and non-digital services. PromoTurismoFVG, in particular the food and wine division, is working above all to strengthen the network by making a system, expanding the project of the Wine and Flavors Route to create an increasingly stronger and close-knit team, which from over 300 members aims to reach 500 participants (above all in areas that are still poorly represented, such as the mountains): for this reason, even in this difficult situation, it has decided to favor accessions to the Wine and Flavors Route, keeping the quota at 200 euros, but extending the validity of the enrollment, which goes from 12 to 24 months, and therefore is valid for the two-year period 2020-21.
