More fun, more modern, more waisted. The 2020 version of the ski that invented a new category is totally renewed and promises to amaze once again. A mix of stability, precision and fun for high level skiers: Rossignol Hero Master presents itself with a new approach and more modern curve radii. The strengths that made the previous ski models appreciate are re-proposed today after a gestation of years during which the Rossignol technicians of the Racing and Research & Development departments have developed an improved ski from all points of view: with the Shortened spokes on each model offer more effective cornering entry for maximum levels of precision and safety. The same solidity under the foot, but more power and performance.
Hero Master was born in 2011 from a brilliant intuition of the Racing Rossignol department: to meet the needs of all skiers of high technical level, Masters, Instructors and Ski Instructors who, in order to have a «race» performance tool, were forced up to that moment to use "FIS approved" race skis. This is how Radical WC GS Master LTD I-BOX was born in the Atelier Course Rossignol, where all the skis used by World Cup athletes are produced. It is the first ski with a true Race structure but with non-FIS approved sidecuts, available in two sizes (174 radius 18.5 m and 159 radius 12 m) which plants the first seed for one of the greatest product successes ever in the world of skiing. With the passing of the seasons Master evolves following the trends of the racing world and the Radical WC GS Master I-BOX of 2022/2013 arrives; Radical WC GS Master R20 in 2013/14, model that introduces the M graphically with the first graphic color differentiation referred to the radius; Hero Master R20 in 2014/2016, which brings the total black look; Hero Master R21 in 2016/18 and Hero Master R22 in 2018/2020, still an upgrade with new plate + attack and new white version.
Hero Master 2020/2021 is still evolving for a new approach and more modern curve radii. With the shortened spokes on each model, it becomes even more fun and offers more effective cornering for maximum levels of precision and safety. The new Rossignol Hero Master ski contains the best of the technologies developed by Rossignol directly for World Cup athletes.
LINE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY LCT technology provides a central titanal track integrated into the core of the ski along its entire length, which eliminates part of the counter-flex to ensure stability and dynamic control.
CASCADE TECHNOLOGYLightened blade for smoother and faster entry into corners and better snow contact.
ASH WOOD COREL The ASH WOOD CORE construction in ash wood is identical to that used for the skis of the Rossignol athletes participating in the World Cup.
THE COMMUNICATION PROJECT The importance of this ski for the Italian market has prompted Rossignol to prepare a real digital communication project around the launch: the new Hero Master was previewed by 14 National Instructors and other opinion- leaders in the field of skiing gathered on the snows of Pinzolo, Trentino last January 24. Hero Master is available in the versions M21 (183 cm, sidecut 115-71-96 mm), M19 (179 cm, sidecut 115-70-97 mm), M17 (173 cm, sidecut 115-70-98 mm) and M15 ( 169 cm, sidecut 115-70-98 mm) where the number after the M indicates the curve radius.
