The choice of the right boot and possibly its customization to ensure everyone a pleasant and powerful skiing is a fixed point at the base of the Rossignol Group strategy. In this context arises the 'range of training courses for bootfitter that Lange and Rossignol have decided to propose to the Italian sports outlets. In general, the training courses for bootfitter Lange and Rossignol are articulated on four levels, from basic to bootfitter second level. "It is very important a correct approach and dialogue with the skier to recommend the right product and modify the boot so that it fits perfectly to his foot," says Macori. This level is for new sellers with no knowledge of the world and snow boots and represents the philosophy and the approach Lange and Rossignol want to communicate to their clients. "The correct measurement of the foot is a concept that seems trivial but it is not and the same can be said for the evaluation of support» adds Macori. The course for Fitter, however, that level two of the training, lasts a day and provides, in addition to the first level, just the measurement of the foot and the analysis with various aids, the test boot, a basic thermoforming and the insoles step-in and is thought to sellers with basic knowledge who want to specialize in the fitting.
The next step of the training is the Bootfitter during the first level, in three days and that, in addition to what was said before, deals with orthotics three arches, thermoforming 2.0, 1.0 canting, machining on a commercial injection slippers and shoes, full custom orthotics, detection points of contact and demonstration of fitting 1.0. The three days are meant for vendors with advanced knowledge who want to start providing a commercial Boot fitting service.
Finally, the course for Bootiftter Second Level also provides training about shoes and orthotics race, hot deformation, elongation hulls, cooling methods, milling and set-up shoe notions (canting, soles, hikes, hardness and delta) . The duration is always three days and is aimed at those retailers who already provide a commercial Boot fitting service but want to specialize in the racing world.
Who will have attended courses Bottfitting First and Second Level will also take a final exam with practical test for obtaining the status of Authorized Bootfitter Lange and Rossignol and to be able one day, why not prepare your boots for an athlete to the World Cup!
The official home where the courses will is that of the Group's Italian subsidiary in Formigliana. They can, however, also organize them in-store for those who request it. "The first and second level courses include several practical exercises and so the number of professionals allowed is limited," adds Macori.
