Last month, the Spanish Olympic Committee opened its doors to an Olympic bid for Barcelona-Pyrenees 2030, suggesting a referendum that will take place this year. The biggest problem is the lack of facilities suitable for the disciplines of gut, bobsleigh, skeleton and luge. As a result, Spain reached an agreement with Bosnia for the renewal of the gut and trampoline, used during the 1984 Sarajevo Olympics.
Plants that have been in ruins, also a consequence of the war of the 90s, with the Spanish organization ready to bear some expenses for the renewal of the same. A delegation of four Iberian officers will likely travel to the Bosnian city in March to pursue his possible candidacy.
