The silver and bronze of the women's descent fill an important booty, even if the golds are just two. Norway runs away in the medal table, tomorrow rich program from men's slalom to biathlon and cross-country skiing, up to the two short track finals where Italy is the protagonist.

Today was an important day to outline the situation at the top of the medal table in Beijing 2022, given that the three titles won by Norway, with the incredible comeback of the men's biathlon relay, in addition to the speed skating team pursuit and the double win. Graabak-Oftebro in the Nordic combined, launched the Scandinavians at 12 gold, with 26 total medals, 3 more than Germany which had to "settle" for the historic hat-trick in the men's two-way bob.
Italy, with Sofia Goggia's silver and Nadia Delago's bronze in the women's downhill, has reached 13 and approaches the spoils of Albertville 1992, even if the titles so far are only two and the Azzurri are eleventh in the medal table, just behind France.
On Wednesday 16 February there will be 8 titles up for grabs at the Games: off at 2.30 am Italian time with the men's freeski slopestyle final, then at 3.15 the 1st round of the men's slalom with Vinatzer, Razzoli and Sala for the blue dreams (decisive round scheduled at 6.45 am).
