PyeongChang ready to welcome the world at Winter Olympics Pyeongchang 2018

South Korea's alpine town of Pyeongchang has received the final nod of approval to host the 2018 Winter Olympics.
During a press conference on Thursday, the head of the IOC's Coordination Commission Gunilla Lindberg praised the progress made by Pyeongchang, saying it was "ready to welcome the world" next February.
She also called on Pyeongchang to generate more buzz for the games with the second phase of ticket sales scheduled to start next week and the torch relay due to begin on November 1st.
