The long season of ski mountaineering will end & agrave; tomorrow in Breuil-Cervinia, where quest & rsquo; & egrave year; place the & rsquo; arrival of the XX edition of the Marathon of the Glaciers, the Trofeo Mezzalama.

The race, originally scheduled for April 25, provides for quest & rsquo; year a reverse path than the classic; starting fixed at 5 to Gressoney- The Trinity & eacute; and ending at the foot of the Matterhorn, in the 150th anniversary of the first ascent to the summit. 279 patrols members (including 14 women) who will battle in this that & eacute; the third round of La Grande Course circuit 2015/2016 and final stage of the World Cup alpine ski 2014/2015.
Among women, favorite d & rsquo; required the trio formed by Laetitia Roux Mireia Miro & rsquo; and S & eacute; verine Pont-Combe, with the trio Forsberg-Mollaret-Fietcher ready to do battle; in the fight for the podium, eyes on Italian trio Tomatis-E. Nicolini-Valmassoi and Dynafit Team 1 Fabre-Kreuzer-Essl.
In the men the trio Eydallin-Lenzi-Boscacci enjoys the underdogs, but will have & agrave; watch their backs from the team of Italy2 Holzknecht-Reichegger-Antonioli (Quest & rsquo; last launched towards the conquest of the World Cup), the French trio BonMardion-Gachet-Sert and the Team Dynafit 4 of Palzer-Lanfranchi-Anthamatten.
