In the race team, or rather race in pairs, male, blue-two with Matthew Eydallin and Damiano Lenzi who won the gold with a little over 12 seconds lead over teammates Robert Antonioli and Michael Boscacci, bronze goes to the French Xavier Gachet and William Bon Mardion, trailing by 2'45 ".
In the corresponding women's race bronze medalist Martina Valmassoi and Alba De Silvestro, the gold went to the French Axelle Mollaret and Lorna Bonnel with 3'18 "on the Spanish Claudia Galicia Cotrina and Mireia Miró Varela and 6'47" on the French couple. Tuesday will be the turn of the sprint.
