In Champorcher the winter season begins on December 4th

The Champorcher area is preparing for the new winter season with various ski pass proposals.

The small ski area of Champorcher, the Aosta Valley ski resort in the Monterosa Ski area, will start the winter season in less than a month. The lifts will be open from 4 to 8 December, 11 and 12 December, 18 and 19 December and every day from 23 December to 20 March. It is possible to purchase two types of seasonal ski passes: the "Champorcher seasonal" and the "Champorcher Expert seasonal" which, unlike the first, includes access to the Madeleine ski lift. By purchasing the "seasonal Champorcher" you can access the Madeleine ski lift by purchasing the daily supplement of 5 euros at the start of the lift. There are reductions for the categories baby (born after 31/10/2013 - Free with the simultaneous purchase of an adult ticket), junior (born after 31/10/2007), teen (born after 31/10 / 2003) and seniors (born before 31/05/1957). Seasonal ski passes are valid from 25 December 2021 to 20 March 2022 only in Champorcher, while until 24 December 2021 and from 21 March 2022 at the end of the season they are valid for the entire Monterosa Ski 3 Valli area. In addition to seasonal passes, Champorcher also offers daily, daily beginners, multi-day, multi-day expert and multi-day non-consecutive skipasses. Champorcher offers panoramic slopes, with technical tracks that intersect with others with gentle slopes to satisfy all types of skiers. You start with the children with the beginners area and then you can try your hand at red slopes and more challenging black variants. It is a resort that is very popular with families, but also with skiers who like to enjoy technical slopes without too much crowding. Champorcher is also appreciated for being the closest station to the main cities: from the motorway exit, it takes 20 minutes to get to the gondola for accessing the area. For beginner children, aged between 4 and 6 years, the Ski Club Mont Glacier organizes an introductory ski course: 42 hours of lessons at a cost of 550 euros including ski club membership (100 euros) and final race course. It is possible to book the course by 8 December by contacting the number 340/5103637 or by writing an email to sciclubmontglacier@gmail.com
