"A week of sport and fun in the snow that was born right here in Alleghe in 1984 and we are proud to host for the sixth time," thus presents Sergio Pra, President of Alleghe Ski lifts, NeveUisp, the manifestation of the national'' Uisp of games and sports on the snow being held these days in the Civetta.

Skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, rock climbing gym and frozen waterfalls are just some of the activities that will involve this week skiers and mountain lovers, but especially families with children.
The event is being held on the occasion of the centenary of the Great War which saw the Civetta protagonist of the conflict. Through the visit of the Museum of the Marmolada and the Great War Ski Tour you can retrace those terrible years, not to forget the men who fought during the First World War.
In particular, the Ski World War unfolds at the foot of famous bands and peaks of Civetta, Pelmo, Tofane Lagazuoi Conturines Settsass, Sassongher, Sella and Marmolada around the Col di Lana mountain symbol of World War I on the slopes between 1915 and 1917 were fought bloody battles.
An itinerary that allows you to admire some of the most beautiful landscapes of the Dolomites and numerous remains of military posts and galleries (Sass de Stria Lagazuoi Tofane, Marmolada, Padon).
It is thus that through sport can contribute to the defense of peace.
The week will conclude with the 54th edition of the Italian Uisp Alpine Ski Championships that will take place March 14 to 16, a three-day race that will attract the ski slopes children, youth, and adults with disabilities of all ages , from all over Italy.

Campitello Matese, sciare in Molise a due ore da Roma
