Ski Cool Day in St. Mortiz to improve the technique with USP

What more precisely the UPS? It is a method born in Slovenia, which was adopted in 2012 in Austria by the prestigious Hermann Maier ski school, which simply consists in learning to ski with the progressive increase in the length of the skis. It is a technique, therefore, which is based on the teaching by the use of three measures of slopes: the shortest of 90 cm, the intermediate of 125 cm and longer than 150 cm. The shorter skis allow beginners to easily learn to ski, starting directly from the parallel skiing and abandoning the method of the snow thrower of old ski schools.

The UPS system is suitable for both beginners and experts and intermediate skiers. The latter two categories, in fact, can take advantage of the use of short skis to improve the state of balance, rotation, and skiing in the safest and most effective. During the Ski Cool Day there will ski lessons in safety between moguls and off-piste and test materials 2013/2014 in partnership with Nordica.
