In Pila the season closes on April 15th with the White Desarpa

In Pila, in Valle d'Aosta, you continue skiing until April 15th. For the occasion, as every year, the last day of the season will be organized the White Desarpa. A gigantone of 100 doors to end the winter.

The event will be open to all skiers, experts and non-experts. You can choose between the competitive version, and then be included in the official ranking of the race and win the "bells" (symbol of the White Desarpa), which will be awarded to the top 3 best athletes in each category, or take part in the non-competitive version . In the competitive race will compete in the disciplines of alpine skiing and snowboarding, while in the non-competitive will compete in the disciplines of alpine skiing, snowboarding and telemark. It starts from the Bellevue track (2.594 m) and arrives at the start of the Leissé chairlift at 1,871 m where it will be possible to taste typical Aosta Valley products. In the afternoon, at 3.30 pm there will be the awards at the Piazzetta Pila 2000: delivery of the "bells" to the winners and extraction, among all the competitors present, of many prizes. The White Desarpa is dedicated to Amato Cerise, great coach and athlete, who passed away in December 2013.
