The 9 million and a half that were supposed to be used for the cableway connection between San Martino di Castrozza and Passo Rolle have disappeared.

This is what was reported by the councilor Michele Dallapiccola who had followed the procedure of the protocol signed in 2015 to ensure that the two localities were connected by a gondola together with the realization of another series of interventions such as the replacement of two old chairlifts with the Colbricon Express, inaugurated last season, and the modernization of the snow-making system.
Roberto Failoni, Councilor for Crafts, Commerce, Promotion, Sport and Tourism of the Province of Trento, has thus replicated on his personal profile on facebook: "We are in the planning stage, money is needed when the work goes into contract. In the 2020-2022 program, the necessary funding for the entire work regarding San Martino - Passo Rolle will be completely covered. In the meantime, Trentino Sviluppo, on the recommendation of the Giunta, has prepared the environmental impact study for the plant connecting S. Martino di Castrozza - Passo Rolle and ancillary works. The project was filed with the competent provincial structure and began the process for issuing the environmental impact assessment. As regards the financing of the work, I repeat, the relative allocation will be provided for in the new triennial plan 2020 - 2022 of Trentino Sviluppo â€.
Roberto Failoni adds that in the three-year period 2017/2019, for the area in question, resources totaling 15.4 million euros were used for the construction of the Ces basin (6.3 million), the construction of the Colbricon express cable car (7.5 million) and the construction of the Tognola basin (1.6 million).
"We can confirm that on the part of the provincial government there is the maximum commitment to work for the re-launch of an important tourist resort, following the commitments that have been made towards the local community and local entrepreneurs", concluded the commissioner. Roberto Failoni.
