The 14-25-28 February and 14 March returns to San Martino di Castrozza, the fifth edition of HappyCheese, the trendiest drink and tasty to indulge in mountain huts in front of breathtaking views.

The event is organized by the Cheese Route of the Dolomites in collaboration with the APT context, involves the most important tourist resorts of the eastern Dolomites belonging to the Dolomiti Superski circuit. The initiative is supported by the Cheese Group of Trentino, La Trentina Consortium Wines of Trentino and the Institute Trentodoc.
New this year is the Taste the Sunset, namely the tasting at sunset to admire the Enrosadira magic. February 25 is therefore the refuge Colverde to host, at sunset, the glutton mountain aperitif. Happycheese is also the protagonist of the San Martino di Castrozza Carnival with a fun party in the center where it will set up a real taste of the Village that will host the torch show of the ski instructors and the traditional "bonfire of the Old Woman". Protagonists of the occasion, in addition to the cheese maker that prepares live Tosèla, even the Trentino wine corner where you can taste wines from 15 producers HappyCheese partners: from big brands to small niche companies.
also entertainment for the little ones with HappyCheese for Kids, a tasty and healthy snack or a special pizza with cheese with a delicate flavor, as the Fontal Primiero, combined with Trentino apples and many other specialties such as sausage and bacon cooked. Appointments with #happycheese in San Martino di Castrozza, ending March 14 with San Martino Norcia 4: a whole day of solidarity that sees the twinning and the curious combination of the Primiero cheeses and cured meats of Norcia. For the occasion of the proceeds will go to support the earthquake-stricken areas of central Italy.
