Val Gardena, the news for the 2017/2018 season

For the new winter season, Val Gardena, the world's largest ski carousel, will present some novelties. First of all, replacing the chair lift Piz Seteur with a new 10-seat cabin that will arrive 200 meters above the homonymous shelter. The cable car will have a new look with downstream stations upstream of Pininfarina as well as the 80 Symphony cabins that will have heated seats. The plant can carry up to 3450 people per hour and will allow you to climb from Plan de Gralba to Passo Sella and also take the Gran Paradiso chairlift.

Inside the cabin you can enter three bikes at a time. For the summer 2018, there is the opening of a bike park with three levels of difficulty. The other novelty concerns the Sasso Levante chair lift that will increase the hourly rate of people from 2200 to 2600. From the part of Ortisei, the Furdenan ski lift will be replaced by a new 100 m longer ski lift than the existing one. Finally in Selva di Val Gardena there will be a restyling of the Costabella chairlift and the Col Raiser track will be enlarged and set up with the upgrading of the snowmaking system. The opening of the plants is scheduled for 6 December.
