In the Vialattea area, starting from the winter season 2022/2023, the new Cit Roc 6-seater chairlift will be in operation.

The route basically retraces the line of the previous quad chairlift of the same name which after 30 years of service no longer met current needs. The "old" Cit Roc is the plant that recorded the highest number of passes in the entire Vialattea, holds the record of daily passes, over 14,000, the record of seasonal passes, over a million, and the record of total passes , over 25 million in 30 years of service.
The new facility, signed by Leitner, will be highly performing and will increase the hourly capacity of skiers from 2400 to 2600. It will significantly improve access to the slopes of the Alpette and Sises area, bringing significant added value to the entire Vialattea ski area, and not only on a touristic but also competitive level. In fact, the Cit Roc chairlift serves, among others, the track of major sporting events, the Kandahar Giovanni Alberto Agnelli which during the winter season is used for various sporting events and in December 2022 will host the next World Cup competitions. of Alpine Skiing.
As part of the project, a section of programmed snowmaking was also created along the upper part of runway 1, near the mountain station of the new plant, for a total length of about 200 meters that connects to the existing network.

For the next winter season, the Vialattea seasonal ski pass returns, valid on all lifts managed by Sestrieres SpA in Italy and on lifts managed by RARM Montgenèvre in France, from opening to closing lifts.
In addition, the Vialattea seasonal ski pass includes:
9 daily free gifts to be used in the French stations of the Grande Galaxie (3 in Puy St. Vincent, 3 in Les Deux Alpes and 3 in Alpe d’Huez);
3 daily free gifts to be used in the White Limone Piemonte Reserve;
5 discount coupons on daily Vialattea or Montiluna to give to friends;
3 50% discount coupons on Bardonecchia daily passes;
ACI - Automobile Club Torino - promotional rates for new ACI associations;
10% discount on the purchase of the Sestrieres Golf Club association;
Free access to any facilities open and managed by Sestrieres SpA during the summer
Despite the sharp increases in electricity and fuel, the price of the Vialattea day pass will only increase slightly, from € 41.00 to € 44.00. There will also be a € 1 discount for online purchases, with the exception of the international Montiluna / Montgenèvre product.
Multi-day passes will also suffer a small increase. The 6 to 15 consecutive day Vialattea and Montiluna ski passes from this year will include two free extensions on the Montgenèvre area. The Montiluna ski pass from 6 to 15 consecutive days will also include a free extension in the other areas of the Vialattea. As regards the multi-day pass, customers will be rewarded for purchasing online with a discount of € 1 per day, but always excluding the international Montiluna / Montgenèvre product.
The opening of the 2022/2023 ski season, in normal snow and environmental conditions, is scheduled for Wednesday 7 December and it will be possible to ski until Easter Monday, Monday 10 April.
