The maximum circuit could arrive in the heart of the city, at Michela Moioli's home. Cesare Pisoni and the lawyer Franco Vismara have told us everything.

A snowboard cross World Cup race in Bergamo, in the wake of the blue tradition that, in the world of table specialties, led many great champions to make a stop between Modena (at the beginning of the season with the big air in the area of Skipass ), Cervinia, Cortina, Carezza, Piancavallo with a successful debut last January and also Livigno who, then, had to give up Coronavirus due to the recovery of the PSL expected on 10 March.
With the desire to put behind the terrible period that particularly affected the area of Bergamo, there are those who have been working on this project for some time already in a decidedly advanced state and who await only the ratification of the FIS (and the evolution of the pandemic, but we will talk about it later) to see a unique show as early as January 2021: Michela Moioli herself, a true symbol of the Bergamo sport, spoke about it during the broadcast "Puppo & Ambesi Live by night", revealing how it all started “almost as a joke, talking about it in the car with Cesare Pisoni, returning from a retreat in Formia. It would be a dream and a gift for all the people of Bergamo who are suffering so much in this period. The idea was captured by Franco Vismara who carried it forward with conviction: I hope so ".
And we spoke with the lawyer Vismara, owner of the facilities in Chiesa in Valmalenco and president of the local FAB Snow Eagle Ski Club, as well as candidate for the FISI presidency in 2018 and organizer of the big air World Cup in Milan in recent years. "Basically there is only the formalization by the FIS (which will meet in conference call already in May, but could also postpone the decisions to the congress moved to September in that of Zurich, ed), which has already entered the stage in the calendar provisional - he explains - Now we are firm at the organizational level, also because we have to consider what a dramatic moment Bergamo is experiencing. The responses were positive from every point of view, with great support from the municipal administration and the mayor Gori, however much will depend on the evolution of the pandemic.
If we have a normal life in the next few months, we will certainly go ahead because there are all the conditions to do the event, but it is clear that it is necessary to have all the necessary coverages and guarantees, a clearly delicate aspect for everyone in this situation; should it go wrong, we would try again for 2022 to create a real classic for snowboarding, a bit like the 3Tre for alpine skiing ".
With the technical director of the Italian national teams, Cesare Pisoni (also from Bergamo), we also studied the technical aspects of a race that would be unique in its kind: “An event like this, in the heart of a UNESCO heritage, would be worth a message rebirth and has never been seen in our world. The lawyer Vismara and Antonio Noris (former vice president of FISI and guide of the Sci Club Goggi, another symbol of Bergamo) have already taken the leap after the Olympics won by Michela, who spoke about it during an event. The initial idea was to create a path from the walls of Porta San Giacomo to Porta Sant''Agostino, but it was too complicated to close that stretch for a week ".
With the FIS ok and the idea of a sprint race, also to create something different on a track of about 300 meters and lasting about fifteen seconds with various woops, we then veered to start from the square of the historic village, in via Porta Dipinta, and flow into the Prato della Fara area at the height of the deconsecrated church, with the possibility of creating a village which is also useful for other initiatives related to the world of snow and young people.
It is clear, the pandemic questions everything, but we really believe this dream can be realized ".
