The crystal ball, however, is now a thing done for Michela Moioli (it will be sufficient to show up at the starting gate on Sunday 15 March in Veysonnaz, with only the 16 best athletes in the ranking in the race), in tears after the 2nd place in Sierra Nevada . Yes, because in Spain, the Olympian risked not being there because of the situation linked to the Coronavirus, which affected its territory as well: "I would like to tell all the Italians and my friends to hold on, the situation is difficult but we will get out of it - said the champion of Alzano Lombardo - I dedicate the result to them and to my fellow citizens ".
Moioli who risked big falling, when he was fortunately with a wide margin, in the run of the quarterfinals: "It was ... embarrassing - smiles Michela - Afterwards things went better, until the big final where I tried to overtake Trespeuch. I am happy, it has been a difficult season since the beginning, even more complicated in recent weeks, but I have always been competitive at the highest levels ".
So much to catch five podiums in as many races, with the second place as the worst result ...
